Babysitting Register

A unique service which is staffed by qualified or experienced Nannies and by experienced baby-sitters, very often nurses or teachers who wish to supplement their income by working in the evening.

We also make sure that you have another regular stand by for those nights when your usual sitter is not available. In this way you can be assured that should your children wake in the night it would be a familiar face and you would be confident that they are in safe hands.

By using the same sitter regularly you and your children build up a relationship which provides confidence, trust and continuity of childcare. Continuity substantially increases the likelihood of establishing a happy and confident rapport between your children and your sitter. You are then free to enjoy the evening relaxed and reassured.

Note that all baby-sitting arrangements must be made through our office and not directly with the sitter.

Once you have paid the annual fee of £180.00,or our new 6 monthly fee of £100.00, you can freely telephone the office when you wish to book your sitter. Please allow as much notice as possible when booking your sitter as this enables us to supply you with your regular girl.

The babysitter will expect to be paid £6.50 per hour at the end of the night

During special occasions ie. Christmas Day, Valentines Night, it may not be possible to supply sitters for these occasions as demand is greater than average. To enable us to supply you with a sitter we ask you to book, ideally, at least four weeks in advance.

Please note baby-sitters normally work evenings, if you should require help at weekends or odd day’s we can supply a temporary Nanny, please ring for details.
